Follow up:

I have changed the firmware to 0x2050032 eliminating the warning
messages but this had no other effect.

Reading the mailing list I found that this information might also be

As far as I can tell all the diagnostics that I have run say it should
be working with the exception of it only producing zero length files.

Any other tests or suggestions would be very helpful.
