Several people reported problems with the Samsung tuner. I'll look into
that next week. The frequency boundaries were determined by looking at
the Hauppauge windows driver i2c logging while doing a frequency scan,
but I may have made a mistake there.
My mails to Samsung seem to have disappeared into a black hole (anyone
with contacts there?) so no help from that side.
