Hi.
I have Debian etch (stock Debian kernel 2.6.12-1-686) installed on a p2 350 mhz.
The box has a pvr-350 card. ivtv driver 0.4.2, latest firmware.
What I'm trying to do is to stream from the pvr card, using the svideo input.
Picture works fine, no problems, but i cant get audio in the stream.
cat /dev/video0 > test.mpeg gives me an video file without audio.
mplayer detects audio track, but no sound. (see below)
audio is connected in line-in jack.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, there must be something i
have overseen?
I think I'm blind to this problem.. :-)
