Greetings guys.

After a month of trying to get the ivtv-fb driver to work with my xorg.conf
file I really need some help.

I am receiving an error when I do a start x that says that my device is not
found, and that the ivtv-fb module has incorrect parameters.

When I start it with the ivtvdev xorg.conf the X server starts on the monitor,
but not on the TV.

Below are two snippets of the one working and the one that isn't, plus my
dmesg output.

----------------------xorg snippet with errors---------------------------
Section "Device"
  Identifier "Hauppauge PVR350"
  #Driver "ivtvdev"
  Driver "ivtv-fb"
#Option "fbdev" "/dev/fb1" # <-- modify if using another device
  #Option "ivtv_fb_card_id" "/dev/fb1" # <-- modify if using another
device
BusID "PCI:00:11.0" # get the ID with lspci convert the value from hexa to
decimal
EndSection
------------------end xorg snippet with errors-----------------------------

Below is part of another xorg config file that starts the x server on the
monitor, but not on the tv. and it is using the old ivtvdev module that
doesn't exist anymore.

------------xorg no errors / no fb--------------------------------------------
Section "Device"

BusID "PCI:00:0b.0" # get the ID with lspci convert the value from

EndSection
