Hello, I am trying to install a ivtv (PVR500) and bttv (Old WinTv) card in the same box but I am having troubles with tveeprom from bttv. Can anyone help?
I have 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4 with ivtv 4.2.0 and the tuner patch compiled in. The PVR500 card works fine by itself. Then when I add the bttv card I get messages about tveeprom symbols. I also tried a 2.5.15-? kernel, but I had issues with the PVR500 there so I reverted. Also I am not sure when to move the old ko files from and when to use 'alias tveeprom tveeprom-ivtv' etc. The wiki from ivtvdriver.org says to move the ko files, but dosent the alias allow the new and old to co-exist. Thanks for any help and let me know if I need to post more info. I decided not do post the ivtv log, as I can get that card to work by itself.
