No, definitely not.

It could be a kernel bug. I've never seen this type of error (except in 
2.6.12) and neither have I seen any similar reports. The call stack 
does not point towards ivtv. 440 MB memory is not a huge amount but it 
should be sufficient. Only if you have no swap space then it could 
become a problem. Check the memory usage with e.g. top to see if you 
are running low on memory.
