I hate to say it, but it looks like you are having a similar problem that I had. Your motherboard uses the KT266 chipset. This webpage references: "If you have a Via motherboard, particularly with the KT266-400 chipset, see Via motherboard problems" You can try to make sure your motherboard has the most updated BIOS version, follow the BIOS changes recommended on the Via motherboard problems page, or buy a new motherboard.
