ok, here goes: 1) Delay: I finally got my pvr-150 working tonight, but there is about a 1-2 sec delay in the signal from my console :( I tried changing the stream_type to both 0 (Program Stream) and it's init'd 14(DVD_S2), they both delayed about 2-4 secs. Now it's set to 2(MPEG1) because I know it has an encoder on the card and though that it might be trying to encode it in software since 0 didn't do any better, but like I said I still have a 1-2 sec delay (also played with passthrough, but it didn't seem to want to let me do anything with it) 2) I can't get any programs besides cat and mplayer to work with it: have /dev/video0,24,32 and ln'd 0 to /dev/video in hopes that that would allow xdtv to work. also trying tvtime, and mythtv. now 2 i really don't care if anyone helps me on. I know it's not you guy's department so to speak, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask right? 1 is bugging the crap out of me.
