OK, shut off and unplugged the machine for 3 hours. No difference, fast 
forward faster than 3x freezes the picture. I also tried mythcommflag 
--rebuild --all to rebuild the seek table, also no help.

Another point of interest, if I playback without the pvr-350, things 
work fine. So its definitely the driver or some interaction between the 
driver and myth. Any other ideas ?
