Ok, that's not what I wanted to say (which was nothing!). Yahoo is acting up
on me...

Wow, how often do they come out with revisions, my PVR 150 is ~9 months old!

I'm using the same ivtv and kernel versions
ivtv: version 0.4.3 (tagged release) loading
ivtv: Linux version: 2.6.15-1.1831_FC4 SMP gcc-4.0

But I have a different model, so I'm not sure how much this will help
(though the same tuner).
tveeprom: Hauppauge: model = 26032, rev = C199, serial# = 7701807
tveeprom: tuner = TCL 2002N 5H (idx = 99, type = 50)

but I am using the same "buggy" firmware. I think this weekend I'll try out
some newer ones.

My PVR150 has worked well since 0.4.1 (which was the current version when I
started this project), and I've never had to compile anything (thanks everyone!
I love yum!)

While I have heard this, I can't say that I've experienced it. From my wall,
I split the cable signal 3 ways using an acoustic research splitter. One (1!)
of those legs snakes over to my mythbox where it gets 2-way split (acoustic
reseach splitter again). One of those legs plugs into my PVR150 and the other
plugs into my PVR500. (and, yeah, I'm looking into a signal booster, motoroloa
seems to have a nice one)

Now my PVR500 has some "issues" but that's on another thread.
