Thx Joey for your input. But having ivtv installed via yum from atrpms
didn´t resolve the problem.
        
It also seems other users are having problems with the new version ivtv
in combination with Mythtv 0.19 and the new Fedora Core 4 new kernel
version.

Any other suggestions?
