I built the one on the hellion.org.uk webpage, but I didn't do an amd64
one. I'm a bit vague on what I did for the setup, but it was something
like:
apt-get source xserver-xorg
cd xorg-x11-6.8.2.dfsg.1
debuild -us -uc
I then waited until the build was well underway and pressed Control-C to
abort it, since I think you only need the setup phase to be complete,
not the whole build. You could probably do "./debian/rules SOMETARGET"
is you could figure out the required SOMETARGET.
Then in the IVTV X driver directory
(.../xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/drivers/ivtv/) I did
xmkmf <path>/xorg-x11-6.9.0.dfsg.1/build-tree/xc/
make
I've updated the webpage with an (untested) amd64 binary now.
