Yes, and you have the wrong kmdl for the current kernel.

Just have a smart update/upgrade and the kmdl will follow its natural
upgrade path to 0.4.3.

Then check with rpm -qa '*ivtv*' that you really have the proper
packages installed.

Correct, you are.  Thank-you.  I was only looking to be sure the kmdl was proper for the kernel, and forgot that there could be more than 1 version of the driver floating around.  All working as it should now.  Thanks again,
