Michael,

looks like some modules are either not compiled or not being loaded.
Did you specify any module-options? Did you compile the extra modules
in your kernel?
-> Device Drivers -> Multimedia devices -> Video For Linux (VIDEO_DEV
[=m]) -> Video For Linux

Make sure to compile BT848 (don't ask why) and the additional audio
and video chipsets as modules.
