I have an antenna connected to the Tuner card, and I am trying to use it...

I have changed the channels using ivtv-tune, and nothing worked.

I am in New Zealand, so using PAL system...

When I try "cat /dev/video0 > /tmp/out.mpg" the resulting file is just blank...

also, when using "vls" I get:

#####

kernel: ivtv0 warning: ENC: MPG copy to user failed addr 0xe52f0000 bytes
0x00008000
kernel: ivtv0 warning: ENC: write Requeue data -14 188 ret

#####

dont know whats going on!!! :(

sorry for the large message, but yea... I cant figure it out... also... I could
find NOTHING about the above error which occurs with "vls"...

thanks
Antonio Broughton
