It's a kernel from cooker/contrib.

If you want to run 2006, then you're probably best off using this
kernel:

http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/Mandriva/devel/2006.0/i586/media/main/kernel-2.6.12.18mdk-1-1mdk.i586.rpm

Together with these packages:
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/Mandriva/devel/cooker/i586/media/contrib/dkms-ivtv-0.4-0.4.4-1mdk.i586.rpm
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/Mandriva/devel/cooker/i586/media/contrib/ivtv-0.4-0.4.4-1mdk.i586.rpm
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/plf/mandriva/non-free/cooker/i586/ivtv-firmware-dec-1.18.21.22301_inf-2plf.noarch.rpm
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/plf/mandriva/non-free/cooker/i586/ivtv-firmware-enc-1.18.21.22301_inf-2plf.noarch.rpm
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/Mandriva/devel/2006.0/i586/media/contrib/perl-Video-ivtv-0.13-1mdk.i586.rpm

Please note that I've put a number of "cooker" (development)
packages in this list, due to the fact that they aren't available
for 2006 (yet).

With the firmware packages, you may run into an issue that the
firmware is in the wrong location to be picked up by hotplug (with
cooker we've moved to udev). I can fix this for you.

If the other two cooker packages dkms-ivtv-0.4 and ivtv-0.4 don't
install due to dependency issues, I'll backport them to 2006.

I must admit that I'm running cooker (the development version of
Mandriva).

regards,

Stefan
