It isn't implemented. This is the first time I've heard of a PAL version 
of this tuner.

Huh? Why isn't the PVR350 working anymore?

Anyway, do you have a Windows box available for doing some tests with 
the PVR500? If so, then let me know and I'll mail you instructions on 
how to obtain logging that will enable me to add support for this 
tuner. It worked with the NTSC variant, so it should also work with 
this PAL tuner.

Unfortunately I was unable to find anyone at Samsung who could get me 
datasheets for these Samsung tuners. No one seemed to know anything 
about it nor could help me find someone at Samsung who did. So that 
seems to be a dead end.
