Hi!

I had this kind of problem on an Asus P4P800 with an Intel P4 3.2GHz as 
long as I had "Hyperthreading" enabled.
As your board also is an multi-CPU / SMP -board it may have to deal with 
this.
In my case several BIOS-updates were done, until I now found an 
BIOS-version which does not have an issue.
I narrowed this down to be a DMA-Transfer issue. As soon as there many 
DMA-transfers going on on the PCI-bus the board locked up.
