You have to use another driver for the HVR1300, it is not supported by 
ivtv (different architecture). Steve Toth is the author of the driver 
for the HVR1300, but the sources are only available in his mercurial 
tree http://linuxtv.org/hg/~stoth/v4l-dvb at the moment AFAIK.
