Hello ivtv users!

Im running a mythtv box with the ivtv drivers and wanted to ask a
question about a problem Im having with the video part of a signal from
cable tv.

Im getting some distortion of the video signal towards the top of the
screen. Never had this problem before with all same equipment. A PVR250
on an AMD box using an abit motherboard. NVIDIA graphics card with
latest NVIDIA drivers.

To describe it best, It seems to look as white noise that runs horizonal
from side to side along the top part of the picture and causes the
vertical left side of the picture to bow inwards at times. Looks almost
like an interlacing problem. Im running it on a panasonic 49" wide
screen display.

Im confident that someone here has run into something like this and can
advise me as to what to check for.

I did just a capture to file (cat /dev/video0 > /root/test.mpg) and its
seems its not related to mythtv (ver. .19). But shows up in the test.mpg
file as well as mythtv.

Can I attach a jpeg image for an example to the group? 47k in size.
