Hello, I've a PVR500 together with a Hauppauge DVB-c under Debian Etch 2.6.16.16 with ivtv-trunk from 16.5.06 and v4l-dvb-driver from the same date. The firmware for the PVR500 is out of pvr_2.0.43.24108_prerelease.zip and should be one of the newest. As tv application I use vdr 1.4.0.
Now to the problem: Sometimes when I power on the system I get initially no audio and a video with distortions on a analog-channel. I tried to set the audio-volume via ivtvctl-call but I had no success. When I tune to the same channel again the distortions are gone and the audio is back. Is this a known problem?
