Sorry about the late response. Anyhow, I thought I
upgraded to 0.4.5, but I have clearly done something
wrong. I followed (I think) the insturctions in The
HowTo (http://www.ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Howto) for
downloading 0.4.5, and I have also downloaded the
latest firmware (based on the recently updated section
in the Wiki). Still, as you can see below, I seem to
pick up 0.4.3.  When I removed the old modules (as
described in the HowTo), I did get some error messages
  complaining about some of the module I specified did
not exist. Anyhow, this  is what I see now after I
tried to upgrade to 0.4.5:
