I'm using mythtv svn and readded the capturecards in myth (had to choose 
"Tuner 0" for the 350 and "tuner" for the 150)
I installed 0.4.4, rebooted and everything working fine now.

Tell me if you want me to try debugging 0.4.5 of more recent again...
