Please don't blame the driver for the udev/hotplug hell. Each distro
seems to handle that differently. It's the reason why I'm working to
get the driver into the kernel so that the creators of the
distributions can take care of it.
And sometimes people are busy on this list and you just have to ask the
same questions two or three times before you get an answer.
If there are no Debian users on this list who can help you, then try a
debian list. It is a debian problem, not a driver problem.
