I see nothing wrong here except for what seems like a spurious
firmware_helper warning. Why not just try to use the driver?

well for the first time it's actually capturing something...there is just nothing but static tho when i do capture...so that's all that firmware_helper is doing...just giving me a warning...cool...okay thanks for the help...
