ATrpms delivers kmdls within 1-2 days. Name another repo that does
better.

That's the first I've heard of and the asterisk rpms enjoy quite some
popularity.

All seems a bit far fetched, if not FUD. If there are issues there is
bugzilla.atrpms.net, where you can file them.
