You have ivtv and ivtv_fb modules loaded, so you have kernel level support. If, as I understand you, you want to run X on PVR-350's TV-Out, then you also need to install the ivtv x.org driver module, from http://dl.ivtvdriver.org/xdriver/0.10.6, it's not clear to me from your message whether you've done that, or not.
Compiling that driver, I'm afraid, is going to be painful. Then, after you're done, you're in for more pain: because you'll now need to hack up your xorg.conf. ivtv's xdriver requires a lot of TLC in xorg.conf.
