The color saturation issue still existed, so I tried 0.4.5, and it failed in a manner similar to the above. I tried the 0.4.tar... file, and now things are quite stable (only tested for one day, about 12 recordings split acrosss a PVR350 and a recent PVR150 (idx=112). The only odd thing I'm seeing is that the sound level on both cards is very low.
