It would've been helpful for you to actually copy the surrounding snippet of code into your message, saving others the trouble of looking it up.
In this case, ivtv-osd.c's line 490 reads: MODULE_PARM(ivtv_fb_card_id, "i");This is obviously a macro. This error message often occurs when the macro is not defined, or the macro is broken.
Looking at my copy of 2.6.16's source (it's not SUSE's), MODULE_PARM is defined in the file include/linux/module.h, in the section of code that begins at line 557. It's not 100% clear where your problem is, but you can start by looking at your copy of module.h, as a starting point.
