Same problem with 2 different KT133 based boards, 2 KT333 which were the 
same board but different revisions and a hybrid amd760/via686b based 
GA-7DXR.

Basically, I only got it to stop rebooting at random by ditching 
anything that has a PCI bus infected with the word 'via' and switching 
to a nforce2 based board. Rock solid now which kind of upset me since I 
have all these boards laying around and not 1 of them would work right 
until I upgraded my main system to get the board out of it.

BTW I have 3 cards... pvr-350, pvr-500, hd-3000..
