Yes it did work before I upgraded, with stereo sound too. I know it was stereo sound because one of my channels only has mono sound, and on that channel all recordings are in the left-channel only where the others are full stereo. My old version of ivtv was 0.6.2 installed via yum. I still have recordings from the old version which I'm watching periodically.
Running that command while recording didn't do me any good, I then stopped the recording and started a new one and still no sound. As I said, I have no real way to know the age of this card as I bought it via ebay, and the owner had said that it was sitting on the shelf for about a year. It was working with the old ivtv and the old 2.4.16 kernel. I even tried to go down to the 2.4.16 kernel, but of course that didn't work with the new 0.7.0.115 ivtv. I haven't tried it with the current 0.7.0.117 ivtv though. Thanks again for your help in this... Did it work OK in that version? The reason for your problems is that you have a very old PVR350, which probably needs a different audio setup. I have one myself (PAL model), and I can only get mono sound from it. Let me know how this goes. Hans On Monday 10 July 2006 15:10, you wrote: > Ah, sorry about that.
