The Problem with the error's (below) is now fixed and yo can download the
file again.

/opt/ivtv_manager-0.1.2/src/ivtv-manager.c:133: undefined reference to
`lirc_fre econfig'
/opt/ivtv_manager-0.1.2/src/ivtv-manager.c:134: undefined reference to
`lirc_dei nit'
