I noticed that if I tune video color to 0% the picture is perfect black and
white, and if I tune it to default(50%) the picture has only 3 color: black,
white and blue with the thick blue-red cross-hair.

And i have tested the composite input with NTSC tape and PAL-NC tape(recorded
from tv), and the results are: the NTSC color is perfect and the PAL-NC tape is
as blued as the tuner input.
