Sorry it took me so long to reply. The card in question is on a machine attached to a secondary TV that doesn't get turned on very often.

Those modules are not loaded, but they are also not loaded on my main backend that has a PVR-500 in it and that one is working fine. I didn't think these modules were needed any more. I tried modprobing them and they load OK, but I still get empty recordings off /dev/video0. Does anyone know whether these modules are really required?
