The problem with the PVR500 is that it splits the signal internally for
the two units, thus degrading the signal by default. I also find the
quality in general less than the other models. Perhaps having two units
on one card simply gives more interference. In any case, the
PVR150/250/350 cards do not have these problems. So if you want to have
your MythTV dream come true I'd advise a PVR350 and/or PVR150.

Well, I'd like to have one! It would be nice to actually have one of
these problematic cards.
