Yes, see the ivtv ChangeLog (hmm, I should have mentioned this in the
README as well, sorry about that). Most features are now handled by
v4l2-ctl, which is a generic utility for all v4l2 devices. Only some
ivtv specific features are still accessed through ivtvctl. Eventually
ivtvctl will disappear.
