Hi All,
I've made available a bunch of patched versions of ivtv (0.4.7,
0.6.4, 0.7.1, 0.8.0) with a proposed fix for the PPC architecture. It
is my understanding that as of ivtv-0.4.3, the driver no longer
loads, error 'mailbox not found,' while ivtv-0.4.2 loads fine.

I was wondering if anyone with a PPC machine would be willing to test
my patch, as I don't have one myself. The same patch has been applied
to every version, I've just made them all available for easier
testing (ie so you don't have to upgrade your kernel if you don't
want to).
Per usual,
0.4.7 is for kernel v2.6.15
0.6.4 is for kernel v2.6.16
0.7.1 is for kernel v2.6.17
0.8.0 is for kernel v2.6.18
PPC folks out there, please let me know if this patched driver works
for you.
