Use v4l2-ctl or ivtv-tune to switch frequency. No longer supported in
ivtvctl.
With ivtv-0.8 the API to set MPEG settings has changed to a v4l2 API
instead of being proprietry to the ivtv driver. I doubt xawtv4 has been
updated to support this. MythTV has, though.
