Hi all,

In a recent thread on fedora-list, I was told it was possible to
adjust the bitrate of the raw mpeg stream which is produced by the
Hauppauge PVR cards. A fellow subscriber wrote:

However, it subsequently appeared he is using an older version of
ivtv, 0.7.3, and that this functionality has been moved to v4l2-ctl.
However, perusing v4l2-ctl --help, I don't see any configuration
options for bitrate. Where can it be found?

$ rpm -q ivtv
ivtv-0.8.2-123.fc6.at

$ uname -r
2.6.18-1.2849.fc6

Thanks.
