Sorry, I did grep by ivtv, guess that was the wrong way to do it. Here is
the full thing and that line IS there. I'll work on trying to get windows on
this box to test it out.

I'm missing a line like this:

If it is truly missing, then that is the cause of the problem, but it
looks like you grep-ped on 'ivtv' so that could also explain why it is
not in this log.

Otherwise I suggest you put this card in a Windows box and try again. I
get the feeling that the card is broken.
