Hi

Unfortunately my PVR-500 had a very new chipset when I bought it this summer. (tuner=73)

I had a working workaround-config before with some workarounds.
Suse 10.1 with 2.6.16-kernel
ivtv 0.6.x
Set the tuner to tuner=70,70
An another tuner that also was samsung chipset (A wild guess that maked it work for most of the channels)

*I saw that in the new release of SuSE 10.2 the 2.6.18-kernel was included with included support for my tuner (73).

Installed
SuSE 10.2
ivtv 0.8.2

I was able to change channels and see some, but a lot "flickering" in the picture and sound was interrupted here and there. But some channels worked better than others.

I tried ivtv 0.8.1 and 0.8.0. I had problems with all versions, but it felt like it worked little better with lower version.

I attached some gavered information.
Here are some more logs
http://home.vxu.se/taxsv97/logs.txt

Thanks in advance

Cheers, Tobias
