v4l2-ctl can be used to set these values (run v4l2-ctl --list-ctrls to
see the controls that you can set).
Normally ivtv-tune is used for tuning, v4l2-ctl for most other settings
and ivtvctl for ivtv-specific stuff. ivtvfbctl is used for the
framebuffer.
