So far that looks likely, if I find differently I email.
And I had already went through the faq before and read
all of the titles that looked like my problem, I would
have never guessed that
"Closed caption (vbi) with non default reolutions"
translates to something more extreme the closed captions
not working with non-default resolutions.
Since it appears others are allowed to update the faq, I
have attempted to make the title a bit clearer to anyone
else having this issue.
