Hello, first post on this list.
I own a PVR500 and PVR350. My system is a mythtv box running debian unstable,
kernel 2.6.18. I used ivtvdriver 0.8.x )official and svn dev) and now trying
0.10.0rc1. Both cards work great under all driver versions but I notice that
the PVR500 is slow at being loaded at boot time. It takes about 10+sec. Without
it, my box boots in ~ 25s (using the runit init daemon), but including the ivtv
module makes it boot in ~ 40sec. The PVR350 is not as slow as this (~ 2-3 sec
max but it's been a while since I used it).
Does anyone see this long loading time during boot-up ?
