Thank you for the information.  I ran through that and it appears to have
worked.  The device is now there, but I'm at work and haven't tested it yet.

Just wondering, how does 'udev' work?  Is it like a symbolic link to the
PVR-150 device?  So essentially, can I point mythtv to "/dev/pvr_150_1" and
it will always go to the PVR-150 card, no matter if it's video0 or video1?

You can do this with udev, see [1]. Or you can set the first minor for
ivtv to 1 by passing "ivtv_first_minor=1" to the ivtv module.

Udev is the better solution ;-)
