ivtv-0.10.0rc1 will not work correctly on a 2.6.20 kernel. The upcoming
ivtv-0.10.0 will, though. You can use the ivtv trunk for the time
being. The 2.6.20 kernel bug in the cx25840 module preventing it from
loading the firmware is almost certainly fixed. I'm waiting on feedback
of a last test and then I can post the patch to the v4l mailinglist.
With a bit of luck it should go into 2.6.20.1. I'll include the patch
for the time being with the ivtv driver.
If there are no last minute disasters I'll expect to release the final
ivtv-0.10.0 this weekend.
