Basically all IVTV-specific ioctls will be replaced by V4L2/DVB API ioctls
(except for two ioctls that cannot be converted at this time).
By the time a linux kernel with ivtv containing these changes hits the
street I'll have contacted the MythTV ivtv-maintainer with information how
to convert the ivtv part of MythTV to ensure continued support. In other
words, don't worry, MythTV will keep working with the PVR350, although
some maintenance is required :-)

For now MythTV won't work with ivtv-0.11, but by the time 0.11 is finished
and released MythTV should also be fixed. For the current MythTV you
should stick to ivtv-0.10 or older.

Hope this helps,
