i have it spread over a large array from 1500 to 6000. use the different settings that come default to customize it. for example, i have the default to 2500 to 3000 at 720 x 480 and the low quality is 1500 to 2000 at 480x 480 the high quality is the one that its standard, i think its 4500 to 6000 but i put the resolution to 720 x 480. it all depends on how much space you want to spend on the files. i dont want 1 gig shows on my hd, so i dont need to have them all recorded at the max res, but i want to have certain shows at high def, so i use the diferent settings to do that.
