I have had issues with hangs with this card but I don't have anything that I think will help you. My hangs did not come when I was just using the card to capture video. They happened with I was trying to use the card to capture and play video simultaneously. When I did this my system would hang up solid after about 15 minutes. The problem disappeared when I applied version 125 of the ivtv 0.10.0 driver packages from atrpms.
