running FC6 with compiled kernel 2.6.20.4, ivtv 0.10.1 and lirc, pvr350
and 500

I'm getting a lot of error message when listening live TV or recorded TV
in the /var/log/mesage and dmesg.

Losing some ticks... checking if CPU frequency changed.
ivtv0: Stereo mode changed
ivtv0 warning: DEC DMA ERROR 7

ivtv2: All encoder VBI stream buffers are full. Dropping data.
ivtv2: Cause: the application is not reading fast enough.

finally these are the latest before a hard crash of the system. Note
also the time shifted back after the reboot.

what can I do or check to try to stop that. What's strange is that
picture and sound are perfect. no choppiness, no pause or flicker.

just log that fill up with error message.
